The selling price for each item will be based on an agreement between the seller and Luxehouze. The seller proposes a price to Luxehouze. Luxehouze will then determine the price based on the condition of the item and the market at the time of selling.

For luxury watches:

• If your item is worth more than SGD 4,500, we charge 3% of the selling price.
• If your item is worth less than SGD 4,500, we charge 5% of the selling price with minimum fee of SGD 200.

For Hermès bags:

• If your item is an Hermès Birkin or Kelly and worth more than SGD 4,500, we charge 3% of the selling price.

If your item is other Hermès models, we charge 5% of the selling price.
